About the Role
The Enterprise Data Specialist serves as a strategic architect for the enterprise data warehouse, bridging the gap between complex insurance data sources and actionable business intelligence. This position is critical for organizations navigating the transition from legacy mainframe systems to modern data platforms, ensuring that data flows seamlessly from policy, treaty, claim, and financial systems into a unified warehouse.
In this hybrid capacity, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to define data architecture needs and drive initiatives that enhance operational performance. The role demands a deep understanding of the insurance and reinsurance domain, requiring you to translate intricate business requirements into robust technical solutions. You will be instrumental in designing source-to-target mappings, optimizing high-volume data integration, and ensuring the integrity of data used for critical reporting and dashboard development.
Work Environment & Location
This is a 1-year contract role based in multiple US locations, including Alpharetta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Chicago, IL; Conshohocken, PA; Dallas, TX; Denver, CO; Fargo, ND; Garden City, NY; Houston, TX; Lenexa, KS; Los Angeles, CA; Lubbock, TX; Morristown, NJ; Mt Juliet, TN; New York, NY; Purchase, NY; and Topeka, KS.
The work model is hybrid, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office. Please note that the role may eventually require full-time on-site presence depending on project needs.
