About the Role

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will drive outside sales to enterprise-level commercial customers, including large business clients for both internet and telephone services. This role is designed for an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a dynamic environment, proactively identifying new sales opportunities, defining customer needs, preparing proposals, and closing deals.

Your day will involve conducting proactive outside sales activities, such as cold-calling and visiting prospects, performing needs assessments, and presenting applications. You will negotiate contracts with telecommunications decision-makers to secure revenue growth and retention, while managing installation projects with various teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. You will also respond to customer requests for information, support, and pricing, and collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
