United Concordia Dental is seeking a dedicated Enrollment and Billing Specialist to support our Membership, Enrollment & Billing Department. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our organization and our clients, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of membership data and billing records. You will manage a high volume of production-oriented tasks, resolving discrepancies and addressing inquiries from both internal teams and external members.
This position operates within a dynamic call center environment, requiring you to handle multiple systems simultaneously while maintaining composure under fast-paced conditions. Your work directly impacts service levels and performance guarantees, ensuring that every member receives prompt, accurate, and professional support regarding their enrollment status and billing information.
Candidates must be US Citizens to be considered for this position. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field. Applicants should possess at least three years of progressive experience in billing, enrollment, or customer service, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
