As the Engineering Administrator, you will join the Design Engineering team to support the administration of the Engineering Change Process. This role serves as a vital link in our document control and data management workflow, ensuring that engineering records are accurate, accessible, and compliant with retention policies. You will work closely with Engineering Change Coordinators across multiple facilities to manage complex, multi-plant engineering changes from receipt through implementation and release.
Your day will involve managing the lifecycle of engineering documents, including scanning, archiving, and retrieval, while assisting engineering managers with administrative details and project support. You will also be responsible for charting engineering metrics based on compiled statistics to aid management decision-making and maintaining a clean, orderly work environment that supports company safety policies.
