As an Engineer II, you will be the backbone of our facility's daily operations. This role is designed for a hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping the hotel running smoothly. You will execute preventative maintenance, manage repairs, and support major improvement projects, all while ensuring the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
Your day will involve troubleshooting a variety of systems, from HVAC and electrical to plumbing and low-voltage networks. You will respond immediately to equipment failures, relay accurate information to the team, and suggest effective solutions to minimize downtime. Beyond technical repairs, you will collaborate with other departments to support guest activities, ensuring that the hotel's operations align with our commitment to guest satisfaction.
This position requires a team player who can work both independently and as part of a cohesive unit. You will be expected to maintain accurate logs, participate in mandatory meetings, and represent the Engineering Department with a positive and professional demeanor. With 24/7 availability for shifts and emergencies, you will be essential in maintaining the hotel's operational continuity around the clock.
