Elite Technical is seeking an Engineer III to join a client's facility in Gulfport, MS. This role offers a unique opportunity to work within a multifaceted environment where engineers participate in product development from the initial concept through to final delivery. The position is designed for professionals who thrive in resource-focused groups and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), collaborating closely with Engineering, Program Management, Quality, Logistics, and Production members to achieve project objectives.
As an Engineer III, you will serve as a Product Owner for several projects, taking full ownership of product development, tooling development, and manufacturing support supervision. You will have the latitude to work independently, authoring manufacturing work instructions, inspection procedures, white papers, and monthly reports without direct supervisor input. Additionally, you may act as a Subject Matter Expert in specific areas of the production process and lead small to medium-sized IPT projects.
This is a full-time direct position with a client that is AS9100 Quality System certified. The role offers significant career growth, stability, and a generous benefits package.
