Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, this role is based on-site at our Sauk Rapids, MN location. You will work independently with general supervision to resolve issues quickly, recommend long-term solutions, and investigate new manufacturing methods to increase capacity and throughput. Your day will involve coordinating the design, documentation, installation, and debugging of new fixturing and tooling, while operating manufacturing and diagnostic equipment. You will also play a key role in releasing new products and technology to manufacturing and developing technical work instructions.
Hiring Process
Candidates based in Minnesota will be considered for a pay range of $72,800 – $123,800 per year. This range is determined by role, level, and location, with individual pay influenced by factors such as knowledge, skills, experience, tenure, and relevant education.
