About the Role
Elite Technical is seeking a Quality Engineer to support program success by bridging the gap between engineering requirements and manufacturing execution. In this role, you will review engineering drawings, customer procurement specifications, and material testing requirements to develop comprehensive program quality plans, inspection procedures, and shop floor work instructions.
You will be responsible for preparing Manufacturing and Inspection Procedures (MIP) and Objective Quality Evidence (OQE) packages, which include raw material certifications, testing reports, and inspection data to verify product conformance. The position involves monitoring manufacturing processes to support in-process and final acceptance or rejection of SCI products, while leading root cause investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
