As an Engineer Level II based in Crane, IN, you will join a team dedicated to supporting critical government programs. This role exists to ensure the highest standards of engineering support, testing, and system analysis for our clients. You will serve as a key technical resource, providing guidance to junior engineers and driving efficiency through rigorous analysis of system components and operations.
In this position, you will be deeply involved in the lifecycle of engineering programs. Your day-to-day will involve providing technical comments on performance specifications, test plans, and security classification guides. You will update essential documentation such as System Engineering Plans, Test and Evaluation Master Plans, and Requirements Traceability Matrices. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to performing engineering support for all test activities, including the collection, reduction, analysis, and reporting of test data. You will also conduct research on test methodologies and instrumentation to support laboratory tests and special investigations.
Beyond technical execution, you will play a strategic role in program success. You will review and redline system drawings to identify discrepancies, perform risk assessments using modeling and simulation techniques, and provide recommendations for system development and optimization. Your insights will directly influence program milestone reviews and help define user requirements that satisfy total program needs.
We are seeking a U.S. Citizen with an active Top Secret Clearance. Candidates must be prepared to travel up to 25% to support client meetings and requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's Degree in an Engineering field with 5-12 years of related experience.
