As an Engineer at Hilton Garden Inn Dublin, you are the backbone of our operational excellence, ensuring our property remains a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our 20 million+ global guests. This role exists to bridge the gap between technical maintenance and the hospitality experience, ensuring that every guest interaction is seamless and every facility function is flawless.

Your day is defined by a commitment to "Cleanliness and Friendliness." You will not only respond to guest repair requests and manage preventative maintenance schedules but also embody our culture by greeting guests with a smile and a name while working. From conducting full property walks at the start and end of shifts to collaborating with the team to pitch in on cleanliness, you play a vital role in maintaining the hotel's reputation for product consistency and quality.
