About the Role

As an Engineer at our property, you are the guardian of our facility's safety, functionality, and comfort. This role exists to ensure that every guest interaction is seamless, from the moment they arrive to the time they depart. You will be responsible for responding to guest repair requests, executing preventative maintenance schedules, and conducting full property walks to identify and resolve issues before they impact the guest experience.

Your day involves a blend of technical expertise and hospitality. You will work with an electronic work order platform to document repairs, ensure compliance with safety and health codes (including pool and spa regulations), and maintain a clean, organized maintenance area. Beyond the technical tasks, you are expected to embody our culture by greeting guests with a smile, communicating clearly with the team, and maintaining a "can-do" attitude that stretches beyond traditional role boundaries to meet the hotel's needs.

Hiring Process & Application

To join our team, candidates should possess a technical, trade, or vocational school degree and at least two years of experience in a commercial facility, hospitality, or related field. We value a positive attitude, the ability to follow guidelines, and strong communication skills. Successful candidates must be willing to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, and be physically capable of performing essential job functions such as climbing, lifting 50+ lbs, and working in various environments.
