About the Role
As an Engineer at our property, you are the guardian of our facility's safety and functionality. This role exists to ensure that every guest enjoys a seamless stay by maintaining the physical integrity of the hotel, from guest rooms to public spaces and amenities like the pool and spa. You will be the first line of defense for preventative maintenance, responding to repair requests with urgency and professionalism. Your day involves conducting thorough property walks, documenting maintenance needs, and collaborating with the team to keep our workspaces sparkling and operational. Whether addressing a guest's immediate repair need or ensuring compliance with safety and health codes, your work directly impacts our guest satisfaction scores and the overall quality of the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleRespond to guest repair requests and document completion via electronic work order platform
- check_circleReport emergency or life safety concerns immediately to the supervisor and General Manager
- check_circleMaintain cleanliness and organization of all maintenance areas during and prior to shift departure
- check_circleUtilize Material Safety Data sheets to respond to emergency situations effectively
- check_circleConduct full property walks at the start and end of each shift to identify and document maintenance needs
- check_circleExecute preventative maintenance on rooms and public spaces according to the hotel PM program
- check_circleEnsure all safety measures and health codes are followed for pool, spa, and general areas
Requirements
