This position places safety as the #1 priority in your day-to-day work routine, ensuring a secure environment for yourself and others. You will play a key role in the operation, coordination, and delivery of the company's energy efficiency program. Your work involves researching, analyzing, and compiling data to facilitate the rebate fulfillment process while identifying opportunities to increase customer participation and interest in company programs. A core part of your mission is assuring the accuracy and completeness of all records and reports related to these initiatives.
The preferred location for this position is within Washington state. Remote work may be available if the candidate resides within the Cascade Natural Gas (CNG) service territory. The role requires moderate travel, up to 25%.

Prior experience conducting education and outreach campaigns. Broad knowledge of marketing principles and developing media campaigns. Knowledge and/or experience in process improvement and system efficiency. Knowledge and/or experience in vendor bid/proposal/selection process and contract management. Broad knowledge of the Energy Efficiency program life cycle of planning, implementation, and evaluation.
