This position serves as a critical quality assurance partner within the clinical assessment program. The role exists to ensure the integrity and accuracy of assessment outcomes by systematically collecting data, conducting quality audits, and analyzing trends. You will bridge the gap between data analysis and clinical practice, reviewing QA data against Clinical Assessor determinations to drive continuous improvement.
In this role, you will develop and complete reports that track activities and outcomes, providing actionable insights to the team. You may also have the opportunity to provide QA training to staff, helping to incorporate quality measures directly into their daily practice. Success in this position requires a blend of strong analytical skills, the ability to navigate multiple systems, and exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with a diverse range of individuals.
