This position serves as a critical quality assurance partner within the clinical assessment program. The role exists to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of assessment outcomes by conducting rigorous audits and analyzing data trends. You will bridge the gap between raw data and actionable insights, reviewing quality assurance scores against clinical determinations to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
In this role, you will spend your day navigating multiple systems to collect and audit assessment data, identifying patterns that impact patient care and operational efficiency. Beyond analysis, you may have the opportunity to train staff on incorporating quality measures into their daily practices, fostering a culture of excellence across the team. Success in this position requires a blend of strong analytical skills, adaptability to new technologies, and the ability to communicate complex findings effectively to diverse stakeholders.
Maximus provides company-issued computer equipment to support remote work.
