This position serves as a critical quality assurance partner within the clinical assessment program. The primary mission is to ensure the integrity and accuracy of assessment outcomes by conducting rigorous quality audits and analyzing data trends. You will act as a bridge between raw data and clinical decision-making, reviewing QA data to identify patterns and comparing recommended scores against Clinical Assessor determinations. Beyond analysis, this role involves developing comprehensive reports that track activities and outcomes, and potentially providing QA training to staff to embed quality measures into daily practice.
The role requires a professional who can navigate multiple systems with ease, utilizing proprietary QA tools to maintain high standards. Success in this position depends on a blend of exceptional analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals. You will work both independently and as part of a team to support the organization's commitment to quality and risk management in a clinical setting.
