This position serves as a critical quality assurance partner within the clinical assessment program. The role exists to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of assessment outcomes by conducting rigorous quality audits and analyzing data trends. You will bridge the gap between data analysis and clinical practice, reviewing QA data to identify patterns and providing feedback that helps staff incorporate quality measures into their daily workflows.
In this role, you will utilize proprietary tools to collect and audit assessment data, comparing recommended scores against Clinical Assessor determinations. Your work directly impacts the quality of care by developing reports that track activities and outcomes, ensuring compliance with program contracts and industry standards. The position requires a blend of independent analytical work and collaborative team efforts to support a diverse range of stakeholders.
