Clinical Quality Assurance Analyst (Remote - US)

About the Role

This position serves as a critical quality assurance partner within the clinical assessment ecosystem. The role exists to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of assessment outcomes by bridging the gap between data collection and clinical decision-making. You will be the guardian of quality, utilizing proprietary tools to audit assessments, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights that drive continuous improvement across the team.

In this role, you will not only review data and report on scores but also collaborate with clinical assessors to align recommended scores with determinations. A key component of the position involves developing comprehensive reports that track activities and outcomes, while potentially leading training initiatives to embed quality measures into daily practice. Success in this role requires a blend of analytical rigor and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, ensuring that quality standards are met without compromising the human element of care.

This is a remote position designed for professionals who thrive in a structured, home-office environment. Maximus provides company-issued computer equipment to ensure you have the necessary tools to succeed. To maintain the security and efficiency of our operations, candidates must have access to a private, secure workspace and reliable high-speed internet service (minimum 20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload). The role demands strong organizational skills to navigate multiple systems and adapt quickly to new technologies, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
