Founded in 1971, Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI) is the nation's largest non-profit dialysis provider. With a team of approximately 5,000 talented and caring employees, we serve nearly 15,000 patients on dialysis and 3,500 patients with chronic kidney disease across the United States. Our services include in-center hemodialysis, home hemodialysis, and peritoneal dialysis. About the Role
The Endpoint Administrator is a pivotal role responsible for managing, securing, and optimizing all user endpoint devices across the organization, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and virtual endpoints. You will ensure endpoint compliance with strict security policies, support software deployment and patching, and collaborate with IT teams to deliver a seamless user experience for over 8,000 endpoints. Success in this position is measured by endpoint uptime, patch compliance rates, and user satisfaction scores. This is an on-site position at our corporate office in Nashville, Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAdminister and maintain endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune, MEM, and JAMF
- check_circleDeploy and update software packages, patches, and security configurations across all endpoints
- check_circleMonitor endpoint health and performance using centralized tools to maintain 99.9% uptime
- check_circleAdminister and deploy device images for laptops and desktops using MEM or similar tools
- check_circleEnforce endpoint security policies including encryption and firewall settings
- check_circleRespond to endpoint-related security incidents and vulnerabilities
- check_circleProvide Tier 2/3 support for endpoint-related issues escalated from the help desk
- check_circleTroubleshoot hardware and software issues on Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms
- check_circleMaintain accurate asset inventory and lifecycle documentation
- check_circleCollaborate with infrastructure and cybersecurity teams to align endpoint strategies
- check_circleDocument procedures and contribute to knowledge base articles
Requirements
- verifiedAssociate or Bachelor's degree in related field OR 2+ years endpoint administration experience
- verified2+ years experience managing enterprise endpoints using Intune, MEM, JAMF

- verifiedFamiliarity with Active Directory and Group Policy
- verifiedCompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate preferred
