As an Endoscopy Nurse at TriStar Centennial Medical Center, your voice to influence patient care is valued and empowered at every turn. Whether through open, collaborative relationships with your direct manager or more formal opportunities through hospital councils and national nursing initiatives, you will help shape decisions that elevate both patient outcomes and the future of nursing.

You will join a culture of mutual respect and collaboration among all surgical staff. The role offers self-preferential scheduling posted four weeks in advance to provide predictability, alongside continuous investment in equipment to ensure patient safety and workflow efficiency in the Operating Room. You will be an integral member of a dynamic interdisciplinary team, rounding with unit leaders to ensure your suggestions for patient care and surgical workflow improvement are heard.
