About the Role
As an Endoscopy Nurse at TriStar Centennial Medical Center, your voice to influence patient care is valued and empowered at every turn. You will join a culture of mutual respect and collaboration among all surgical staff. The role involves rounding with unit leaders, including charge nurses, to ensure your suggestions for patient care and surgical workflow improvement are heard. You will be an integral member of a dynamic interdisciplinary team consisting of providers, surgeons, and surgical technologists, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while managing evidence-based practices.
To support your success, the hospital offers continuous investment in equipment, including surgical instruments, devices, and patient positioning, ensuring you have the tools needed for patient safety and workflow efficiency in the Operating Room. Self-preferential scheduling is posted four weeks in advance to provide predictability in your work life.
