As an Employee Success Associate in Leave Administration, you will serve as a vital link between our clients, their employees, and complex regulatory frameworks. In this role, you will gain foundational knowledge of administering leaves of absence while upholding Gold Standard service delivery. You will manage a full workload of leave and ADA claims, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations while providing empathetic and timely support to employees navigating medical situations.
You will act as a resource for clients, engaging in interactive discussions regarding accommodations and coordinating with insurance carriers. This position requires a self-starter who can work independently in a remote-first environment while actively collaborating with the team. You will be expected to handle short-notice business needs, such as taking over client accounts, and participate in client meetings and training programs that may involve occasional travel.
The Larkin Company operates as a remote-first organization. This position is based in the Phoenix, AZ area. While we do not currently have a physical office in Phoenix, employees are expected to live within a reasonable driving commute of the area. If a Phoenix office is acquired in the future, you will be expected to report to the office bi-weekly to meet team gathering requirements and adhere to legal and security regulations.
