As an Executive Store Manager, you will serve as the primary leader for the front end and pharmacy operations, working in close partnership with the Store Manager to drive company deliverables. This role is designed for a high-performing leader who is ready to assume full store responsibilities in the Store Manager's absence, ensuring seamless operations, asset protection, and profitability.
You will act as a strategic partner to the Store Manager, leveraging data and team insights to make fact-based decisions that improve sales and customer loyalty. Your day-to-day involves managing the entire store ecosystem—from merchandising and inventory control to cash management and safety compliance—while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
