Candidates must be willing to complete the Store Manager learning and development program (LEAP) or Walgreens Leadership Essentials training within 12 weeks of starting. Successful candidates will be expected to demonstrate a willingness to accept promotion into a Store Manager position, which may require relocation. We also maintain the ability to transfer talent to other retail assets within the hiring area to support business needs.
