About the Role
As an Executive Store Manager, you will serve as the primary leader for the front end and pharmacy operations, working in close partnership with the Store Manager to drive company deliverables. This role is designed for a high-performing leader who is ready to assume full store responsibilities in the Store Manager's absence, ensuring seamless operations, asset protection, and profitability.
You will act as the face of the store for both customers and team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Hiring Process & Application
Candidates must be willing to complete the Store Manager learning and development program (LEAP) or Walgreens Leadership Essentials training within 12 weeks of starting. Successful candidates will be expected to demonstrate a willingness to accept promotion into a Store Manager position, which may require relocation. We also maintain the ability to transfer talent to other retail assets within the hiring area to support business needs.

- check_circleCommunicate regularly with team members through one-on-one discussions and group meetings
- check_circleSupport pharmacy operations during busy periods by serving as a pharmacy technician when necessary
- check_circleAnalyze inventory trends and create corrective action plans for front-end and pharmacy stock
- check_circleSupervise customer service associates and designated hitters to ensure operational efficiency
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree OR High School Diploma/GED with 2 years supervisory experience
- verifiedValid pharmacy technician license as required by state
- verifiedFluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
