About the Role
This position is integral to our facility operations, ensuring the smooth flow of products such as fertilizer, chemicals, seed, and grain. You will be responsible for performing receiving and shipping activities while maintaining a safe and clean work environment. The role requires basic maintenance and operator care of equipment to ensure ongoing facility operations, alongside providing excellent customer service and engaging with team members. You will work within various weather, industrial, and agricultural settings, often in elevated areas, and must adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
