About the Role
As an HVAC Aftermarket Parts Inside/Counter Sales representative in Knoxville, TN, you will be the face of our store and a vital link between our customers and their projects. This role exists to ensure seamless daily operations while delivering exceptional service to contractors and business owners who rely on our expertise.
In this position, you will manage the full customer journey, from providing technical solutions to complex issues to handling order fulfillment and loading. You will maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked showroom and warehouse, ensuring that inventory is accurately labeled, priced, and ready for immediate pickup. Your day will involve balancing front-counter sales with back-of-house logistics, including receiving freight, managing inventory cycles, and coordinating with the warehouse and purchasing teams. A "Customer First" attitude is central to your success, as you strive to minimize complaints and build lasting relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
