We are seeking a dedicated Elementary Teacher to join our Upper Grade team at Richer Elementary School for the 2026-2027 school year. In this position, you will serve as a primary architect of student growth, fostering a safe and effective learning environment where high expectations are the norm. Your mission extends beyond the classroom walls; you will be a vital partner to families, caregivers, and community organizations, working collaboratively to ensure every student thrives.
As a member of the Marlborough Public Schools community, you will uphold a practice that is ethical, culturally proficient, and deeply collaborative. You will be directly responsible to the building Principal, while jointly working with the Assistant Superintendent for Teaching and Learning to drive excellence in instruction and curriculum. This role is designed for an educator who is committed to continuously refining their craft, analyzing data to improve outcomes, and providing meaningful feedback that empowers students to take academic risks.
