About the Role
At Zane Grey Elementary School, we are dedicated to fostering a learning environment where every child can reach their full academic potential. As an Elementary School Teacher, you will serve as a vital guide and mentor, planning and implementing instructional programs that encourage student growth while ensuring a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom culture.
This role is designed for an educator who is enthusiastic about the developmental needs of young learners. You will work under the direction of the Principal to create a curriculum that aligns with state and national objectives, while also addressing the unique personal and academic challenges each student faces. Your day will involve not only delivering engaging lessons but also monitoring student progress through various assessments, collaborating with parents and colleagues, and maintaining a positive, respectful atmosphere that values diversity.
Beyond the classroom, you will be an active member of the school community, participating in faculty meetings, supervising students during non-instructional times, and contributing to the school's mission through committee work and professional development. We seek a professional who is adaptable, ethical, and committed to continuous improvement in teaching quality and student achievement.
