Elementary Teacher - 6TH Grade

This position is a 9-month term as a Certified Teacher for Elementary School PreK-8 General Education. You will serve as a key partner in Peoria Unified's strategic vision: Every Student, Every Day, Prepared to Shape Tomorrow.

Beyond the classroom, you will enhance our culture by strengthening parent and community partnerships, fostering positive relationships, and being available to students and parents for education-related purposes outside the regular instructional day when required.

Hiring Process

Candidates must possess a valid intern, provisional, or standard Arizona Teaching Certificate, or the necessary qualifications to become certified in the state. All applicants must obtain an Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card and pass a background clearance check. Additional specialized training or certification may be required for specific teaching assignments.
