Hunter Elementary School is seeking a dedicated Elementary Multilingual Learner (ML) Interventionist Teacher for a one-year contract. This 0.5 FTE position, available starting August 3, 2026, focuses on supporting students in developing critical language skills within a positive learning environment. Under the direction of the school principal, the role involves creating a safe, supportive atmosphere where students become critical thinkers and lifelong learners. The position emphasizes differentiating curriculum and utilizing research-based instructional methods to meet the unique needs of multilingual learners.
Applicants must hold a current Professional Utah Elementary teaching license or a current out-of-state license, along with an ESL Endorsement. While LETRS certification and a Master's degree in English Language Learning or a related field are preferred, candidates with experience leading multi-lingual learner groups are highly encouraged to apply. Internal applicants are preferred.
