As an Elementary Classroom Teacher for grades 3-5, you will lead students toward the fulfillment of their potential. This role exists to provide intentional teaching and learning that meets the diverse needs, interests, and abilities of our students. You will collaborate closely with grade-level teams, literacy and math specialists, ESL teachers, special education staff, and counselors to maximize student success. Your day will involve planning engaging programs of study, establishing clear objectives, and employing instructional methods tailored to individual learners. You will also maintain a fair and just classroom environment, assess student progress regularly, and communicate effectively with colleagues, students, and parents.
