Join City Teaching Alliance to become a highly prepared educator through hands-on classroom experience, a Master of Arts in Teaching, dual certification, and unparalleled coaching and support. We are seeking passionate individuals in Elementary Education, Secondary Math, and Secondary Literacy across the Greater DC Metro, Baltimore, Central Maryland, Dallas, and Philadelphia regions.

Fellows commit to at least three years in the classroom, building lasting impact from day one. The final deadline to join Cohort 2026 is Wednesday, April 22nd.
