As an Electronics Responsible Product Engineer, you will work on the development of a sophisticated, state-of-the-art avionics product within a world-class Integrated Product Development environment. This role is designed to lead and coordinate technical design changes, own component production and delivery, and manage all aspects of engineering closeouts, including Discrepancy Reports, End-Item Data Packages, Material Review Boards, and Failure Review Boards.
In this position, you will support system test and ATLO to resolve test anomalies through associated troubleshooting. You will also support the generation, review, and presentation of Product Certification while managing risk and identifying mitigation plans to meet productivity, quality, cost, schedule, and mission success objectives. You will lead specific topics during engineering reviews, such as Change Review Boards, Engineering Review Boards, and Quality Review Boards.
This position does not support teleworking. You will be located near our Lockheed Martin Space facility in Littleton, CO, and are expected to work a flexible 9x80 schedule in the office full-time. This condensed schedule provides additional time away from the office, with every other Friday off.

Self-motivated with willingness to investigate production processes; ability to quickly close out near-term tasking; experience in specification and requirement development; familiarity with electronic systems schematic creation, interpretation, and electronics modeling/simulation tools (SPICE, Zuken, OrCAD Pspice, Saber); familiarity with design, test, operations, and systems engineering disciplines; experience with electronics analysis (Worst Case Analysis, electrical parts stress analysis, failure modes and effects critical analysis); experience performing failure investigation on electronic hardware (CCA, Unit, and System Level); strong communication skills with experience presenting to peers, leadership, and customers; adaptability to new situations and self-initiative in solving complex problems; experience leading teams through challenging engineering and/or programmatic issues.
