About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer based in Costa Mesa, CA, to contribute to and lead subsystems development for missiles and UAVs. This role is designed for a self-starter with deep technical experience in defense industry developments who will apply their skills in power systems, communications systems, battery technology, and avionics circuit designs. You will own the electrical design, test, and integration lifecycle from concept to production, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. Beyond technical execution, you will manage key vendor relationships and ensure the performance and reliability of our cutting-edge technologies.
