About the Role

This position is designed for an engineer who thrives in the full lifecycle of hardware development, from concept to field deployment. You will be the driving force behind the design and integration of fuzing circuitry for missile systems, working closely with vehicle development teams to create tailored fuzing systems and effectors. The role demands a hands-on approach to system interconnect diagrams, wire harness definition, and the low-level firmware development necessary for bring-up and testing.

In this role, you will not only design and document complex board designs but also supervise layout completion, conduct rigorous lab, ground, and flight tests, and perform root cause analysis to support field operations. You will collaborate across disciplines to navigate subsystem constraints, evaluate vendors for critical components, and lead design reviews. Hiring Process
