Anduril is building the next generation of defense technology to protect the United States and its allies. We are driven by a passion for defending our nation and a commitment to delivering cutting-edge solutions in complex, high-stakes environments. Our team operates at the intersection of engineering excellence and national security, tackling challenges that require deep technical expertise and rigorous innovation.
This position is designed for an engineer who thrives in the full lifecycle of hardware development, from concept to field deployment. You will be the driving force behind the design and integration of fuzing circuitry for missile systems, working closely with vehicle development teams to create tailored fuzing systems and effectors. The role demands a hands-on approach to system interconnect diagrams, wire harness definition, and the low-level firmware development necessary for bring-up and testing.
In this role, you will not only design and document complex board designs but also supervise layout completion, conduct rigorous lab, ground, and flight tests, and perform root cause analysis to support field operations. You will collaborate across disciplines to navigate subsystem constraints, evaluate vendors for critical components, and lead design reviews. This is an opportunity to apply your expertise in analog and digital electronics to real-world defense programs, ensuring that every system you build meets the highest standards of reliability and performance.
Candidates selected for this role must be eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance. The application process includes a review of qualifications, followed by interviews that assess technical depth and cultural fit. Please note that travel may be required for testing phases, with surges up to 25% depending on project needs.
Anduril is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background.
