About the Role
Located at our Henderson, Texas mill, the Industrial Manufacturing Electrician plays a vital role in maintaining the electrical infrastructure that keeps our operations running. This position is designed for a highly motivated professional who enjoys a challenging environment and is eager to build a long-term career with a company that strongly believes in promoting from within.
You will be responsible for troubleshooting, correcting, and maintaining all electrical equipment within the manufacturing facility. Your day-to-day involves testing systems, inspecting components for hazards, and upgrading Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and variable speed drivers. Success in this role requires a detail-oriented approach to planning and organizing, as well as the ability to work effectively within a team to support our 24/7 operations.
