We are seeking an Electrician to join our team at our Renwick, Iowa production facility. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of our soybean seed conditioning and packaging activities.
The position offers a unique work-life balance compared to other manufacturing roles. During peak season (October through March), the facility runs one to three 8-10-hour shifts, five to seven days a week, with rotating schedules and premium shift bonuses. During off-peak months (April through September), the site typically operates on one or two 8-10-hour day shifts, with occasional overtime as needed.

Journeyman or Master Electrician certification. Associate or Two-Year Trade School Degree within the Technical, Electrical, or Mechanical field. Experience with a work order and part inventory system. Knowledge and/or experience with Automation and Programmable Logic Controls (PLC). Previous industrial electrical/maintenance work with production equipment (electrical, automation, mechanical, hydraulics, instrumentation and controls, HVAC, and general maintenance experience). Experience with SAP (or similar system) for work orders, parts orders and parts inventory.
Skills: National Electric Code, Microsoft Applications, Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Automation, Programmable Logic Controls, PLC, Sap.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Two-Year Trade School Degree in Technical, Electrical, or Mechanical field preferred.
