About the Role

As an Electrical Technical Sales Specialist, you will join our Sales & Business Development team to drive revenue growth within the electrical, technology, and manufacturing sectors. This role exists to bridge the gap between complex engineering capabilities and clear business value. You will serve as the primary technical expert for high-voltage and medium-voltage (HVM) electrical solutions, including power distribution, switchgear, UPS, and thermal systems.

In this position, you will not only identify customer needs but also present tailored technical solutions that support the full sales cycle. Your day-to-day involves collaborating closely with engineering, product management, and marketing teams to align customer requirements with our product roadmaps. You will conduct technical presentations and solution workshops for a diverse audience ranging from consulting engineers and contractors to OEMs and strategic partners. By monitoring market trends and competitive offerings, you will help shape go-to-market strategies while building robust relationships with key accounts and managing a dynamic sales pipeline.
