About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent I to join our manufacturing plant in Forney, TX. In this role, you will provide coordination, planning, and supervision to Assistant Electrical Superintendents, contractors, and craft activities within a specific discipline. You will be instrumental in manufacturing power skids, requiring a deep understanding of electrical systems alongside the development of KPIs, safety protocols, quality standards, and supply chain policies.

Success in this position requires a positive attitude and the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment. You will demonstrate flexibility, resourcefulness, and dedication while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality. This is a fully on-site role; candidates must be located at the Forney, TX plant 100% of the time. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.
