KALCON is seeking a Mid to Senior level Project Manager to serve as Owner Representation for the construction of a hyperscale data center campus. This pivotal role focuses on managing various scopes during the base build of multiple buildings, ensuring seamless integration between design, construction, and operational readiness.
In this position, you will act as the central hub for project coordination, bridging the gap between senior management, service providers, and on-site teams. Your day-to-day involves rigorous schedule management, cost oversight, and quality assurance to deliver critical facilities. You will lead weekly coordination meetings, review construction forecasts, and manage complex processes such as GMP buyouts, change orders, and commissioning schedules. From overseeing safety protocols and QA/QC inspections to managing the final project closeout, you will ensure that every phase aligns with the project's strategic goals.
