About the Role
In this position, you will oversee electrical projects from conception through to completion, ensuring they meet rigorous quality, budget, and timeline requirements. As a key member of our team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining positive relationships and addressing concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
You will work closely with engineers, contractors, and clients to drive success. Your day-to-day involves managing multiple projects concurrently, developing comprehensive plans and schedules, and leading multidisciplinary teams. You will facilitate communication among engineering, design, and field personnel, assigning tasks and providing guidance to ensure everyone understands their roles. Additionally, you will conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations, while identifying and mitigating potential project risks.
