About the Role

This leadership position serves as the strategic and operational backbone for all construction, project management, and project administration activities. You will hold overall responsibility for maintaining budgets, timelines, and profitability across assigned projects while assisting in the development of corporate policies that support our established goals.

In this role, you will act as a true advocate for our owners, building trust and fostering strong relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors. Your day-to-day involves managing the professional development of project management staff, initiating quality job start-up meetings, and conducting monthly reviews to ensure adherence to schedules, safety, and financial health. You will also play a key role in business development, participating in meetings and networking events to secure new work, while managing complex change order negotiations and project close-out processes.

Requirements
