About the Role
This position serves as a vital link between our project teams and our workforce. You will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of productivity, quality, and safety objectives while managing the full lifecycle of field personnel, from hiring and training to development and performance. Your day will involve collaborating with the project team to establish sequential process steps, adapting schedules to meet project scopes, and troubleshooting constructability concerns. Beyond the technical aspects, you will play a key role in developing customer relationships to help procure future projects and coordinating material and equipment schedules to promote efficient use. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, requiring travel to projects outside the office area to support our frontline workers.

Requirements
