Founded in 1912, Ceco Concrete Construction is an established industry leader with more than 100 years of experience serving the commercial construction sector. As a client-centric, single-source solution for concrete structures, we are a team of engineers, managers, and builders who are down to earth and stand behind our word.
We value respect, honesty, finding a better way, and the spirit of "dirty boots" and a job well done. We trust our people to persevere and do their best for one another and our clients. Our success depends on our frontline workers building great projects that reflect our values and vision. In return, we are committed to making your time with us worthwhile.
As a Project Superintendent, you will be the driving force behind the achievement of productivity, quality, and safety objectives on our job sites. This role exists to bridge the gap between project planning and execution, ensuring that every phase of construction aligns with our rigorous standards and client expectations.
In this position, you will supervise field personnel, managing hiring, training, and job assignments while fostering a culture of development and efficiency. You will work closely with the project team to troubleshoot constructability issues, adapt schedules, and coordinate material and equipment logistics. Beyond the technical aspects, you will play a key role in developing customer relationships that enhance our ability to procure future projects.
To be considered for this opportunity, please ensure your application includes an attached resume. Applications submitted without a resume will not be reviewed. Please note that Ceco Concrete Construction does not accept unsolicited resumes from search firms or agencies; any such submissions will be considered the property of the company.
