About the Opportunity
Our client, a design and fabrication firm specializing in commercial and industrial buildings, is seeking a client-facing Electrical Engineer with power distribution expertise to join their Production Engineering Team. This role is designed for a professional who thrives as the primary technical interface for customers, coordinating multi-disciplinary requirements and ensuring seamless system-level electrical integration.
The position focuses on leading complex electrical build efforts, from early feasibility studies with clients to resolving composition issues during design reviews and testing. It is a premium opportunity for candidates with a high degree of comfort working directly with external customers to deliver complete electrical drawing sets and manage electrical BOMs.
This role begins as a contract position with a direct intent to convert to a direct-hire role. Please note that this position is located in the Madison, WI area and will not support candidates requiring work visa sponsorship.
