An exciting opportunity exists for a Process Support Engineer within the development wafer fab in the Microelectronics / Module Design & Foundry Services Department. In this position, you will support the Raytheon semiconductor foundry by processing wafers in a cleanroom environment, running and maintaining process equipment, and documenting all measurement results.
You will work closely with team members and engineers in the development fab to process and characterize wafers, focusing on photolithography, metals deposition, wet chemistry processing, and visual inspection. A key aspect of this role involves supporting production and development needs while collaborating with engineers on next-generation technologies. You will also have the opportunity to visit nearby universities and labs weekly to utilize their equipment for various prototyping and experiments.

Understanding of semiconductor processing techniques and equipment (through coursework or hands-on lab experience). Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills. Desire to learn new wafer fabrication skills and willingness to assist team members. Knowledge of III-V semiconductors, preferably Gallium Arsenide and Gallium Nitride. Desire to work in a team within a semiconductor cleanroom environment.
