This opportunity exists within the Microelectronics / Module Design & Foundry Services Department at our development wafer fab. As a Process Support Engineer, you will be the operational backbone of our semiconductor foundry, working directly with engineers to drive process development and next-generation technologies. Your day will be spent in a cleanroom environment, processing wafers and maintaining critical equipment for photolithography, metals deposition, wet chemistry processing, and visual inspection. Beyond the fab floor, you will document and communicate measurement results while collaborating with university and lab partners to utilize specialized equipment for prototyping and experiments.

Understanding of semiconductor processing techniques and equipment (through coursework or hands-on lab experience). Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills. Desire to learn new wafer fabrication skills and willingness to assist team members. Knowledge of III-V semiconductors, preferably Gallium Arsenide and Gallium Nitride. Desire to work in a team within a semiconductor cleanroom environment.
