About the Role

This opportunity exists within the Microelectronics / Module Design & Foundry Services Department at our development wafer fab. As a Process Support Engineer, you will be the operational backbone of our semiconductor foundry, working directly with engineers to drive process development and next-generation technologies. Your day will be spent in a cleanroom environment, processing wafers and maintaining critical equipment for photolithography, metals deposition, wet chemistry processing, and visual inspection. Beyond the fab floor, you will document and communicate measurement results while collaborating with university and lab partners to utilize specialized equipment for prototyping and experiments.

Hiring Process & Application

As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring process, candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations, regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site, hybrid, or remote. RTX anticipates the application window closing approximately 40 days from the date the notice was posted, though business necessity may require adjustments to this timeline.
