Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProcess and characterize wafers in a development fab
- check_circlePerform photolithography, metals deposition, wet chemistry processing, and visual inspection
- check_circleDocument and communicate all measurement results and processing steps
- check_circleSupport production and development fab processing needs
- check_circleVisit universities and labs to utilize equipment for prototyping and experiments
- check_circleOperate and maintain semiconductor fabrication tools
Requirements
- verifiedU.S. citizenship required
- verifiedActive DoD Secret security clearance required
- verifiedMinimum 2 years experience with Photolithography, metals deposition, wet chemistry processing, or visual inspection
- verifiedUniversity Degree or equivalent experience
Nice to Have
Understanding of semiconductor processing techniques and equipment (through coursework or hands-on lab experience). Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills. Desire to learn new wafer fabrication skills and willingness to assist team members. Knowledge of III-V semiconductors, preferably Gallium Arsenide and Gallium Nitride. Desire to work in a team within a semiconductor cleanroom environment.
