Join the Electrical Distribution Planning team at Colorado Springs Utilities, where we oversee the planning, analysis, and modernization of a growing electric distribution system serving over 500,000 customers. As a Level Three Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the reliability and resilience of our 12.5kV and 34.5kV distribution systems. This role is designed for an electrical engineer who thrives on solving complex system challenges and collaborating with experts across engineering functions to drive grid modernization, electrification, and DER integration.
You will work on high-impact projects that directly influence the future of our community's power infrastructure. By utilizing advanced modeling, data analytics, and scripting tools, you will contribute to both near-term and long-range distribution planning initiatives. This position offers a hybrid work schedule to support work-life balance, and relocation assistance to Colorado Springs is available for the successful candidate.
