Our Electrical Distribution Planning team oversees the planning, analysis, and modernization of a growing electric distribution system serving over 500,000 customers. As a Level Three Electric Distribution Planning Engineer, you will make a visible impact on the future of Colorado Springs' power grid. This hybrid role is designed for an electrical engineer who enjoys solving complex system challenges while collaborating with experts across other engineering functions. You will contribute to near-term and long-range distribution planning initiatives for our 12.5kV and 34.5kV systems using advanced modeling and forecasting tools. Your work will directly influence grid reliability, electrification strategies, and capital investment decisions.
